Responsible for M&A and business purchase / sale deals, corporate law issues (establishment of new companies, joint ventures, technical intra-group mergers, board minutes), extensive business agreements in logistics, particularly supply chain solutions and warehousing, as well as various proof-of-concept arrangements of Posti Group (Finnish national postal service and associated companies) and divestments of real estate and restructuring of real estate ownership in Posti Group.
